• St. Francis School has introduced Yoga Class within the academic program of the school since 2016. Yoga Class is carried out in the School on Wednesdays. It helps to improve the memory function in children, a direct benefit of which would be a better academic performance in children. It also helps to improve children’s attention span and focus.
  • Through Karate in the School, our aim is to bring the benefits the karate training to as many children as possible, helping them to build their self confidence and emotional skills so they have the chance to reach their full potential in everything they do.
  • The most important benefit that children gain from taking Karate is the confidence that is instilled in them. In addition to the physical strength they build as they practice kicking, jumping, running and punching, they also learn concentration and discipline.
